Key Features

Battery and ultracapacitor architecture

The dual-drive design combines LiFePO4 stored energy with ultracapacitor starting support. Match the architecture to the vehicle electrical system and the separate requirements for A/C operation and engine starting.

Instantaneous starting current

The datasheet lists up to 3000 A instantaneous discharge. This is not a continuous current rating or a standardized cold-cranking rating; pulse duration, temperature and test conditions must be confirmed for the engine-start requirement.

4G-connected monitoring

4G communication supports remote battery monitoring in compatible fleet systems. Coverage, platform integration, data service and any recurring service arrangements are defined for the destination and project.

Energy and enclosure choices

Three options provide 2.56, 3.84 or 5.12 kWh, with IP65 protection and different dimensions. Match the voltage class and enclosure to the vehicle while sizing usable energy around the expected air-conditioning load.

Applications and Project Value

Truck cab air-conditioning

Supply compatible vehicle A/C systems within an approved electrical arrangement. Runtime planning uses actual A/C consumption, auxiliary loads, usable energy and reserve requirements; nominal capacity alone cannot establish an operating duration.

Engine-start support

Evaluate instantaneous starting assistance for compatible 12 V or 24 V class vehicle platforms. Engine demand, ambient temperature, cable arrangement and the specified pulse limits determine the applicable configuration.

Commercial vehicle fleets

Use 4G communication as part of a compatible fleet battery-monitoring arrangement. Agree on the data platform, connectivity and service scope so the monitoring function supports the operator daily maintenance process.

Vehicle OEM integration

Configuration and Technical Specifications

* Engineering recommendation, subject to manufacturer confirmation before order: 20.0 V is proposed for the 25.6 V pack discharge cutoff using an 8-series LiFePO4 assumption at 2.5 V per cell, consistent with the 12.8 V versions at 10.0 V. The conflicting original 40.0 V entry is not used. This is not a verified BMS setting. The 3000 A figure is instantaneous; pulse duration and continuous-current limits are not specified. Dimensions retain the source order.

Battery Integration

The battery is selected as part of an equipment power system. A matched charging source supplies the pack, and the approved equipment interface connects it to the intended load. Communication and monitoring functions follow the selected configuration. Protection, cable sizing, switching and installation details belong to the final equipment design.

Does 3000 A describe continuous output or CCA?

No. It is the source instantaneous-discharge figure. No pulse duration or standardized cold-cranking test condition is provided, so it must not be presented as continuous current or a confirmed CCA rating.

Share the equipment model or design, voltage and current requirements, duty cycle, available installation space, charger information and the required control interface. Include any destination-specific testing or approval requirements.
