CUSTOM LiFePO4 BATTERIES | EQUIPMENT INTEGRATION
LiFePO4 batteries for compatible forklifts, with 80 V and 96 V options, up to 400 A maximum discharge, up to 200 A charging, RS485/CAN communication and touch-screen display support.
Build a battery proposal around traction, lifting demand and the shift schedule. This forklift series provides 80 V and 96 V options with maximum discharge ratings up to 400 A and charging limits up to 200 A. Electrical compatibility, battery-bay fit and required battery mass are considered together when evaluating new equipment or a fleet replacement project.
YINTU is an energy storage and battery solution provider. We work with capable manufacturing partners to coordinate product selection, technical clarification and the agreed supply scope for customer equipment projects.
Maximum discharge ratings of 300 A, 200 A and 400 A offer alternatives for compatible traction and lift systems. Review simultaneous motor demand and peak duration with the vehicle manufacturer before selecting a pack.
The listed maximum charge currents are 150 A, 100 A and 200 A. Match the charger and available charging window to the chosen configuration rather than promising a fixed recharge time for every installation.
RS485/CAN interfaces and touch-screen display support provide a basis for operator information and vehicle integration. Confirm the supported message protocol, display scope and controller interface for the approved forklift.
Pack dimensions and approximate weights differ significantly. A replacement assessment includes the battery tray, connector, lifting method and the battery mass required by the forklift design, not only the voltage and capacity.
Evaluate battery power for compatible forklifts moving pallets and goods indoors. The shift duty, travel distance, lift frequency and idle periods help define energy needs and practical charging opportunities.
Support suitable material-handling vehicles moving components between workstations or production areas. Review repetitive lift cycles, peak current and the available maintenance windows to select the appropriate battery and charger combination.
Plan battery selection around loading periods and shift transitions. Comparing electrical demand with charge opportunities helps establish a workable fleet charging plan without relying on unverified runtime or recharge-time claims.
Assess replacements for existing forklift fleets through electrical, mechanical and counterweight checks. YINTU coordinates the selected pack specification with manufacturing partners and the vehicle integration team before supply is confirmed.

* Engineering recommendations, subject to manufacturer confirmation before order: the 96V100Ah configuration is provisionally treated as 100 Ah based on its model designation, resolving the conflicting 300 Ah source entry. For the 80 V pack, 62.5 V is a proposed discharge cutoff based on 25 x 2.5 V and the matching 80 V construction-battery specification. These are not manufacturer-verified corrections or BMS programming instructions. Dimensions retain the source order.
The battery is selected as part of an equipment power system. A matched charging source supplies the pack, and the approved equipment interface connects it to the intended load. Communication and monitoring functions follow the selected configuration. Protection, cable sizing, switching and installation details belong to the final equipment design.
Start with the equipment requirements: forklift model, controller voltage, traction and lift peak currents, charging windows, battery tray dimensions, connector, required battery mass and display scope. We use this information to compare the listed configurations and identify the technical points that need alignment with the manufacturing partner.
Charger, display, wiring, connectors, monitoring services and installation support are included only where specified in the quotation. Certification requirements, warranty and performance commitments are confirmed for the selected configuration; the series listing does not establish a blanket approval for every application.
Battery mass can form part of the forklift counterweight design. The vehicle manufacturer must approve the total battery assembly mass, center of gravity and mounting arrangement as well as the electrical interface.
Share the equipment model or design, voltage and current requirements, duty cycle, available installation space, charger information and the required control interface. Include any destination-specific testing or approval requirements.
The source images illustrate the product series. Enclosure, terminals, cables and accessories follow the selected configuration and approved drawing. Dimensions in the table retain the source order unless otherwise confirmed.
Send YINTU your equipment requirements and quantity plan. We will coordinate a suitable battery configuration and a clear technical and supply proposal with our manufacturing partners.
