UTILITY-SCALE DC BATTERY STORAGE
A 3727.36 kWh LFP battery container with liquid cooling and cluster-level management for renewable integration and utility dispatch. Dedicated cluster sub-controllers manage charge and discharge while liquid cooling limits the stated temperature difference to 3°C or less. This supports coordinated battery operation within a plant dispatch strategy.
This listing covers the DC-side battery container, including LFP batteries, battery management, thermal management, DC distribution and the specified protection systems. It is not a complete AC-connected power station. PCS, plant EMS/PPC, transformers, switchgear and grid connection equipment are separate project items unless expressly included in the agreed supply scope.
YINTU is an energy storage solution provider. We work with manufacturing partners to select battery equipment and coordinate the interfaces required for each project.
Pair the DC battery block with a suitable bidirectional PCS and plant controller for scheduled charging, peak-period discharge and contracted reserve duties. Reserve energy and state-of-charge limits must be assigned before committing the same battery capacity to other services.
A coordinated PCS and plant EMS can charge or discharge the battery to moderate short-term variations in photovoltaic or wind output and follow an export schedule. The achievable ramp rate and response depend on converter capability, communications, available state of charge and the grid operator’s requirements.
The battery supplies or absorbs active energy when the selected PCS and controller respond to a regulation signal. Reserve availability must respect battery voltage, temperature, charge/discharge limits and state of charge. Frequency response is a complete-system function, not a standalone guarantee from the battery enclosure.
Discharging during defined high-load intervals can reduce the peak power requested from a connection or support a constrained node. Suitability depends on the local load profile, connection limit and required duration. Any infrastructure-deferral or revenue case needs a project study; the battery rating alone does not establish the result.
Dedicated cluster sub-controllers manage charge and discharge while liquid cooling limits the stated temperature difference to 3°C or less. This supports coordinated battery operation within a plant dispatch strategy.
Water-and-glycol cooling is specified with a temperature difference of ≤3°C. Online leak detection and cluster-level control support monitoring of the cooling and battery systems. Thermal performance contributes to consistent operation; it does not eliminate degradation or replace operating limits.
The source describes online insulation monitoring, four-level circuit-breaker protection and pack-level combustible-gas detection linked to BMS/EMS. Targeted suppression and the selected fire system support fault response. Final equipment, water interfaces and fire strategy are confirmed with the manufacturing partner and site designers.
Each cluster has a dedicated sub-controller for charge/discharge management and balancing. Cloud monitoring is described in the source; connectivity and service scope are confirmed per project. The non-walk-in enclosure allows external maintenance. Monitoring supports inspection and planning but is not a guarantee of uninterrupted availability.
In the illustrated AC-coupled example, the battery DC output connects to a compatible bidirectional PCS, then through the project transformer and switchgear to the grid. A photovoltaic plant connects through its own inverter and interface equipment to the AC collector. Plant EMS/PPC coordinates dispatch and exchanges status with the BMS. This battery container does not connect directly to PV strings or the AC grid. Alternative architectures require an approved project design.

Auxiliary AC supply ratings describe internal service power, not AC export capability. “CP” and “P2” are source designations retained without reinterpretation. Nameplate battery energy is not guaranteed usable AC energy. Standards are source references; confirm certificates and test-report scope for the supplied configuration.
Use generation and grid-dispatch profiles to define AC power, usable energy, delivery duration and reserve commitments. Evaluate auxiliary demand, conversion losses, temperature derating and the agreed end-of-life capacity target.
YINTU coordinates battery and PCS interface reviews with manufacturing partners. Check the full DC voltage window, communications, grid requirements, foundations, lifting access, corrosion conditions and maintenance clearances.
Confirm the battery supply boundary, external PCS, plant EMS/PPC, transformer, switchgear, protection, auxiliary power, civil works, fire design and commissioning responsibilities. Grid connection and local approvals are project-specific.
The published scope is the DC battery container. A compatible PCS and the required AC/MV interface are specified separately. The auxiliary AC supply does not make the container a standalone grid-connected system.
No direct PV-string interface is offered in this listing. Solar integration requires the appropriate PV inverter or DC conversion architecture, protection and plant controls. The illustrated scheme is one possible AC-coupled arrangement.
Start with the required AC MW, usable MWh, dispatch duration and end-of-life target. Account for the usable SOC window, conversion losses, auxiliary demand, temperature derating and reserve commitments. Select the converter against the entire battery voltage window and the agreed charge/discharge limits.
These functions require a specifically engineered complete system, including suitable PCS controls, auxiliary-power arrangements, protection and an approved operating sequence. They are not standalone capabilities guaranteed by this DC battery container.
No. The ≥6000-cycle figure applies under the stated test conditions, depth of discharge and end-of-life threshold. Warranty terms and expected degradation for the actual operating profile require a separate agreement.
Share the required AC power and usable energy, solar generation profile, grid connection voltage, dispatch schedule, site climate and available layout. YINTU can coordinate battery selection, PCS matching and technical clarification with manufacturing partners for a defined project scope.
Parameters are based on the supplied model datasheet and remain subject to final technical confirmation. Illustrations show application concepts, not completed YINTU projects. Listed standards require configuration-specific documentation; cycle life and design life are not warranty commitments.
