CONTAINERIZED SOLAR STORAGE & MICROGRID SOLUTIONS
A 1 MW / 2089 kWh containerized hybrid ESS with up to 1440 kW direct PV input, 24 MPPTs and eight battery strings. Designed for industrial solar self-consumption, peak shaving and on-grid or off-grid microgrids with project-configured backup.
YT-Hybrid ESS-1MW-2089kWh combines DC-coupled PV, battery storage, power conversion and system control in a containerized platform. The standard configuration uses eight 125 kW / 261.2 kWh modules in one container, with total rated output of 1000 kW and stated system energy of 2089 kWh.
YINTU is a solution provider working with capable manufacturing partners. We coordinate load assessment, configuration selection, technical clarification and equipment supply so the product fits the site operating objective and agreed project scope.
Coordinate daytime solar generation, stored energy and production demand. The system supports self-consumption, peak shaving and scheduled charging or discharging, helping a site use its available electrical resources more effectively. A project assessment should compare interval demand, the tariff and the permitted grid import/export limits before defining dispatch.
Combine PV, storage and project-configured generator support where grid interruptions affect production. Stored energy can serve selected loads between generation periods and support a planned backup strategy. Motor starting, essential-load priority, transfer equipment and generator coordination are matched to the site; a one-megawatt rating alone does not establish the starting capability for every motor.
Use solar generation for daytime pumping and farm processes, and retain selected energy for ventilation, refrigeration or evening activity. Seasonal water demand, cold-store duty and the required reserve determine the useful battery schedule. The container format provides an integrated equipment block for larger agricultural sites with suitable access and PV space.
Develop a local supply strategy for accommodation, retail and service loads where electricity is expensive, unreliable or unavailable. PV and batteries can reduce routine reliance on fuel-based generation when renewable production and load patterns permit. The final design establishes backup autonomy, generator operation and responsibilities for monitoring and maintenance.
Supply project-selected external EV chargers through the AC distribution system while serving other site loads. Storage can shift solar energy into later charging periods and contribute to a site demand-management plan. Charger power, connector standards, simultaneous demand and the energy budget must be selected for the project; the ESS datasheet does not specify built-in charging outlets.
The manufacturing partner assembles and system-tests the equipment before delivery. Batteries, conversion equipment, controls, cooling and configured protection are integrated into the container. This reduces the number of separate storage subsystems to coordinate on site, while foundations, connections, inspections and commissioning remain part of the project.
The standard platform accepts up to 1440 kW of PV input through 24 MPPT channels. DC coupling reduces conversion stages in the PV-to-storage path. PV string design must remain within the stated voltage and current limits; the 1440 kW input rating is distinct from the 1000 kW rated AC output.
Eight battery strings form the standard 2089 kWh configuration. Each string is independently controlled and fault-isolated by design, supporting management of individual strings within the system. The datasheet also describes mixed-age battery-string capability; additions require a manufacturer-approved compatibility and commissioning plan.
PV capacity and battery capacity can be expanded in stages to follow site demand. Reduced configurations and longer-duration options are available within the platform, with container count and equipment interfaces defined for the selected arrangement.
Intelligent liquid cooling and air conditioning manage thermal conditions. The listed protection package includes smoke, temperature and hydrogen detection with aerosol-based container-level fire suppression. Equipment placement, local approvals and the site emergency plan are defined with the project team.
On-grid and off-grid operation, self-consumption, peak shaving, scheduled dispatch and backup power are listed operating modes. Redundant auxiliary power and optional generator coordination support the microgrid architecture. The approved switching and protection design determines the actual transfer sequence and supported loads.
PV connects to the integrated MPPT channels on the DC side. Battery strings exchange energy through the conversion and control system, while the PCS supports the AC interface to the site. Grid and generator sources, where included, connect through the configured transfer and protection arrangement. EMS and BMS coordination supports the selected dispatch and reserve strategy.

These are platform options rather than simultaneous specifications for the standard product. Without a generator, ATS may be omitted. Dedicated off-grid designs may omit ATS, STS and grid/generator breakers; dedicated on-grid designs may omit ATS, STS and the isolation transformer or use a transformer matched to the required voltage. Final switching, protection and transformer requirements are determined by the project electrical design.
The datasheet describes a reference application around 5000 kWh/day and an example PV area of approximately 7000 square metres per 1 MW. These are screening references, not guaranteed daily generation, usable battery output or a fixed land requirement. Actual sizing uses the load profile, solar resource, available area, electricity tariff and backup target.
Prepare the site voltage and frequency, interval load data, motor starting requirements, existing PV and generator details, required operating modes, reserve duration, grid limits and installation conditions. Foundation loading, lifting access, service clearances, cable routes and the 25000 kg system weight must be included in deployment planning.
The written proposal identifies the container configuration and any ATS, STS, transformer, switchgear or supervisory controls. PV modules, generators, external EV chargers, civil works, transport, unloading, installation and commissioning are included only when specified. Price, lead time, payment terms, warranty and documentation are agreed for the selected configuration.
Yes. The standard platform integrates eight 125 kW PCS modules with batteries and coordinated controls, for 1000 kW rated AC output. The selected transfer equipment, transformer and site distribution are defined in the project configuration.
Yes, through the integrated PV input and MPPT architecture. The datasheet lists 1440 kW maximum PV input, 24 MPPTs, a 200-758 V DC MPPT range and 900 V DC maximum PV voltage. Array design must meet all channel current and voltage limits.
The nominal energy-to-power ratio is about 2.089 hours at 1000 kW. This is a nameplate comparison, not guaranteed AC backup runtime. Usable SOC range, reserve, load variation, conversion losses, auxiliary consumption and temperature determine the practical operating duration.
No. The container supplies an AC distribution system that can serve external EV chargers. Charger quantity, rating, connector type and control interface are project-selected and included only when specified in the quotation.
Dedicated operating configurations are described in the datasheet. ATS, STS, breakers and transformer requirements change with the selected sources and operating mode. YINTU coordinates the final equipment scope and electrical design requirements with the manufacturing partner.
