1. Product Introduction

The bottle is made of borosilicate glass with high transparency and hardness, excellent temperature resistance. The spray pump uses 304 stainless steel spring and PP material, tested for 100,000 presses with fine misting performance.

Pure material: food grade high borosilicate glass, with strong corrosion resistance, can effectively isolate ultraviolet rays and temperature changes, prevent the oxidation and deterioration of perfume ingredients, and make the fragrance lasting as new; ​

Chemical inertia: the chemical property of glass is extremely stable, and it will not react with alcohol, essence, oil and other components in perfume.

4. Perfume Bottle Technology

Mold forming technology:
Mechanism molding: Injecting molten glass into a mold and forming it through machine pressing, with high efficiency and relatively low cost, used for large-scale production.
Hand blown: Craftsmen dip glass liquid into a blow tube and blow it manually in a mold. Each product has slight differences. It is used for high-end, limited edition perfume with better texture.
Precision processing of bottle mouth: the bottle mouth needs to be polished and fire polished to ensure a perfect fit with the metal or plastic base of the pump head (spray) to achieve absolute sealing and prevent alcohol and aroma volatilization. This is the key to preventing "leakage" and "fragrance running".
Surface treatment and decoration technology:
Spray coating: achieve various colors and matte/glossy effects.
Screen printing: Printing logos and patterns.
Electroplating: Coating glass bottle caps with metal layers such as gold, silver, chromium, etc.
Hand carving and etching: Artistic carving on the bottle body is extremely complex.
Pump head (spray) technology: this is a complex precision system, usually including:
Glass straw: lead up perfume.
Springs, pistons, and ball valves: form a pump pressure system.
Sealing ring: usually made of PE or PTFE (Teflon) material to ensure airtightness.
Atomizing nozzle: its internal structure determines the fineness and experience of spray.
