Flat Shoulder Glass Molding Technology: The flat shoulder structure is formed via automated glass blow molding (for small batches) or press-blow molding (for mass production). Computer-controlled molds (tolerance ±0.1mm) ensure the shoulder is perfectly flat and the bottle wall thickness uniform (1.0-1.5mm), avoiding wobbling or instability.
Two primary processes are used:
Physical Sandblasting: High-pressure air sprays 120-240 mesh aluminum oxide particles onto the glass surface, creating a uniform, matte frosted texture. The blasting time (30-60 seconds) is adjusted to control translucency (50-70% light transmittance, ideal for essential oil protection).
Chemical Etching: The glass is coated with a hydrofluoric acid-based solution (safe, diluted formula) and etched for 10-20 seconds. This creates a smoother frosted finish than sandblasting, with no risk of surface micro-cracks.
