3. Lotion Bottle Principle

Protection principle: based on the dense inorganic amorphous structure of glass, its molecular network structure can completely block the penetration of gas molecules (such as oxygen) and ultraviolet rays, providing a stable environment of absolute inertia, no migration, no penetration, and maximum protection of lotion activity. The barrier properties of plastics depend on the tightness and polarity of their polymer chains. Ordinary plastics (such as HDPE) have a certain permeability to oxygen. By selecting high barrier plastics (such as PET), using multi-layer composite materials, or designing special structures (such as vacuum pumps) to compensate for this deficiency, effective protection of the contents can be achieved.
Principle of use (pump head): Based on atmospheric pressure and mechanical pump principle. When the pump head is pressed, negative pressure is formed inside to suck lotion through the suction pipe and squeeze it out. After release, the spring returns to its original position and is ready for the next use.
Vacuum principle: The piston is raised by a mechanical structure to isolate air.
