SAE 841 Bronze (most commonly used): High-strength bronze alloy containing copper, tin and lead, suitable for heavy-duty excavators.
SAE 792: Copper-based alloy with graphite lubrication grooves, suitable for maintenance-free or high-dust environments.
ISO 4382-1: Multilayer composite bushings (steel backing + copper alloy + PTFE coating) for high wear resistance requirements.
The hardness of bronze bushings is usually HB 60-120 (Brinell hardness). The wear layer of the steel-backed composite bushing can reach a hardness of HRC 55+ (Rockwell hardness).
