The 1JS-500 paddy field leveling and puddling machine is a large folding type paddy tillage equipment matched with high-power tractors through three-point suspension connection. The whole machine adopts heavy-duty folding round beam structure. The main beam is made of thickened high-strength steel, with strong torsion resistance and bending resistance, and can keep stable operation under heavy load muddy working condition. It adopts central gearbox power distribution and side gear final transmission. The gear transmission has high transmission efficiency, stable power output and low failure rate, which is more reliable than chain transmission. Hydraulic folding mechanism is equipped. The machine wings can be folded and unfolded by tractor hydraulic system conveniently. The transportation width is narrowed after folding, which is safe and convenient for road transfer. The rotor is installed with high-hardness puddling blades. The blades smash soil clods and stir mud evenly, forming fine mud bed required for rice transplanting or direct seeding. Spring floating leveling board is arranged at the rear. It can automatically adapt to terrain fluctuation to maintain consistent working depth, ensuring flat and uniform field surface. Stubble press spring tines are installed on the front side, which can press straw and stubble into mud reliably, accelerate straw decomposition and increase soil organic matter. The whole machine uses anti-corrosion baking paint and high-strength rust-proof fasteners. The gearbox is filled with high-grade lubricating oil to extend service life and reduce maintenance frequency.
