Product Overview

The SYS-800C rice nursery seeder is a fixed automatic production line specially developed for rice seedling raising operations. This integrated machine completes the whole set of tray nursery work in one continuous pass. It adopts motor-driven power configuration and combined transmission structure of belt, chain and conveying roller. With compact overall dimension of 8660*540*1140 mm, the machine is suitable for indoor seedling workshops and semi-outdoor seedling raising bases. It can steadily deliver a working productivity of ≥800 trays per hour, meeting the medium-scale demand for rice seedling preparation.

1. Stable integrated assembly structure, fixed-type frame design ensures high operational stability during long-time continuous running, effectively reducing vibration and position deviation.
2. Hopper-type soil laying and soil covering devices are equipped, with 50L large-capacity soil hoppers for both soil laying and soil covering. It maintains stable and uniform soil feeding without frequent refilling.
3. External fluted roller seed metering device with 7 adjustable seeding gears, enabling precise and flexible seeding rate control to match different rice varieties and seedling density requirements.
4. Rotary brush leveling system for covering soil, which smooths the surface of covering soil evenly and prevents local accumulation or bare seeds.
5. Combined transmission mode of belt, chain and conveying rollers achieves smooth and accurate tray conveying, low failure rate and convenient maintenance.
6. Low total matched power of 270W, featuring low energy consumption and lower operating cost for daily continuous production.

Functions

The machine implements a full automatic workflow: Tray Conveying → Base Soil Laying → Soil Compacting → Water Sprinkling → Seeding → Covering Soil.

• Tray conveying: Automatically transports empty seedling trays along the roller conveyor line, realizing uninterrupted feeding.
• Base soil laying: Hopper-type soil laying unit spreads substrate evenly onto seedling trays.
• Soil compacting: Compresses the base soil to form a flat and firm bed for rice seeds.
• Water sprinkling: Pre-wets the substrate to create suitable moisture conditions for seed germination.
• Seeding: External fluted roller metering mechanism sows rice seeds onto the moistened base soil. 7 gears support fine adjustment of seeding quantity.
• Covering soil: Hopper-type covering soil device applies top soil, and rotary brush levels the covering soil to fully cover seeds.
