Robust Plough Implement Built to Deliver Consistent Soil Turning and Aeration

Hydraulic Reversible Plough is a heavy-duty tractor-mounted tillage machine connected through the standard three-point hitch system. Powered by tractor hydraulic output, it can rotate 180 degrees to realize bidirectional soil turning. During field operation, the plough can flip at the end of the field, allowing the tractor to move back and forth without large-radius turning. 1. Hydraulic 180° reversible system. The plough body is controlled by tractor hydraulic circuit. The operator can finish plough reversal by operating the hydraulic handle inside the cab. The reversing movement is stable and reliable, which greatly reduces labor intensity and saves time for turning at field ends.
2. Heavy-duty reinforced frame. The main frame adopts thickened high-strength cast and welded structure, with strong torsion resistance and bending resistance, suitable for heavy-load deep tillage operation. 3. Optimized mouldboard design. The mouldboard has excellent self-cleaning property, and it is not easy to stick mud in sticky soil. It can turn over soil neatly, break soil clods evenly, and fully bury crop straw and weeds under the topsoil.
4. Safety shear bolt protection mechanism. Each plough leg is equipped with safety shear bolt. When hitting underground obstacles like stones or tree roots, the bolt will break first to protect the plough frame and plough body from permanent damage.
5. Standard three-point hitch connection. Universal mounting interface matches high-horsepower wheeled tractors. Fast assembly and disassembly, simple commissioning, stable connection during continuous operation.
