The 3TG-4(G4) (formerly 3TG-4) is a compact single-axle, walk-behind power tiller powered by a single-cylinder, air-cooled diesel engine rated at 4.0 kW. Designed for orchards, vegetable plots, nurseries, greenhouses and hilly small fields, it handles rotary tilling, inter-row weeding, ditching and hilling where larger four-wheel tractors cannot enter. With its bright lime-green body, open tine shaft and quick-swap wheels, it is easy to maintain, economical to run and tough enough for daily farm work — a proven platform now upgraded as the G4 revision.

Key Features

Diesel power, big torque. The matched single-cylinder, air-cooled diesel engine delivers 4.0 kW of low-end torque at lower rpm, burns less fuel than a gasoline equivalent, and starts reliably in cold weather. The diesel torque pulls through heavy clay and wet soil without choking.

Compact single-axle design. The narrow chassis passes through rows as tight as 40 cm, so it fits between fruit-tree trunks, greenhouse beds and nursery stock. Two side deflectors throw soil outward instead of back at the operator.

Quick-swap wheels. Swap between lugged rubber tires for dry land and toothed iron wheels for paddy, mud and wet clay in minutes, without special tools — one machine for dry fields and water fields alike.

Easy to service. The open frame leaves the engine, belt, chain and tine shaft exposed for daily checks; oil, air filter and fuel filter are all within arm's reach.

Multi-function Capabilities

Rotary tilling. The rear tine shaft with curved black blades turns, crushes and levels soil in one pass, leaving a fine seedbed.

Inter-row weeding. Shallow-set tines clear weeds between crop rows without damaging roots.

Ditching and hilling. With the optional furrower and ridger, it opens irrigation trenches and hills up green onion, ginger, sweet potato and tobacco.
