The 1JS-300A Puddling Land Leveler for Paddy Field is a tractor-mounted three-point hitch tillage machine designed specifically for paddy field preparation. 1. Stubble burying and chopping. High-speed rotating puddling blades cut rice straw and root stubble thoroughly, bury crop residues under the mud layer. Straw decomposition supplements soil organic matter, floating straw is eliminated to avoid obstruction during rice transplanting, and weed germination is suppressed.
2. Soil smashing and mud puddling. Hard soil clods are broken and fully mixed with water to form fine, homogeneous mud. The mud layer maintains proper viscosity to hold rice seedlings firmly after transplanting, reducing seedling floating and lodging risks.
