Our aluminum discs are rolled from high-purity aluminum ingots, with an aluminum content of more than 99.7%, ensuring excellent thermal conductivity from the source. In cookware production, it achieves rapid heat conduction and uniform distribution, reducing local overheating of food ingredients.
Through precision rolling, thickness tolerance is controlled within ±0.02mm, with flatness error ≤0.5mm/m. This reduces mold loss and product scrap rate in stamping and stretching processes, while ensuring uniform wall thickness of finished products.
Surface roughness is controlled between Ra0.8-1.6μm, perfectly adapting to various surface treatments like non-stick coating and enamel. Coating adhesion is 15% higher than industry average, making cookware more durable.
Using food-grade primary aluminum material, production follows international food safety standards (SGS, FDA). Contains no harmful heavy metals or impurities, ensuring safety in high-temperature food contact applications.
