Two-Layer Structure Composition
Aluminum: The thin aluminum foil provides effective electromagnetic interference (EMI) and radio frequency interference (RFI) shielding capabilities.
Polyester (PET): This insulating material offers high tensile strength, durability, and resistance to temperature changes. PET ensures the foil maintains integrity during handling and installation while providing structural support for the aluminum layer.
The film is produced by tightly laminating PET and aluminum layers to form a bonded material, then rolled into spools suitable for various cable manufacturing processes.
