Alloy Specifications
1235 Alloy: High-purity aluminum characterized by excellent conductivity, ductility, and softness. Can be easily processed into ultra-thin foil and exhibits good corrosion resistance. Primarily used in applications requiring high conductivity or ultra-thin deep-drawing, such as electrolytic capacitor foil, high-end food packaging foil, and high-frequency cable shielding.
8011 Alloy: Al-Fe-Si alloy containing moderate amounts of iron and silicon. Features moderate strength, good formability, and moderate heat resistance and moisture barrier properties. Strikes an excellent balance between cost, performance, and processing ease, making it a leading general-purpose packaging foil.
