Manufacturing Process
The manufacturing process of double zero aluminum foil is very strict:
Coil preparation: Begins with melting aluminum ingots, then transforming the molten aluminum into foil coils through continuous casting and rolling processes.
Hot rolling and cold rolling: Aluminum foil coils undergo both hot rolling (heating and rolling to reduce thickness) and cold rolling (further stretching and thinning to achieve desired thickness).
Hardening and softening: Can be hardened through heat treatment for increased strength or softened (O temper) to reduce hardness and improve formability.
Cutting and processing: Cut to required dimensions and can undergo additional processes like printing or coating as needed.
