Aluminium Gutter (Painted Aluminum Roll)
Aluminium gutter, as the name suggests, is the product after coloring the surface coating of aluminum plate or aluminum roll. It is mainly divided into PVDF (fluorine-carbon) aluminium gutter and PE (polyester) aluminium gutter.
Applications
Aluminium gutter is widely used in roofing and cladding systems, ceiling systems, curtain wall plates, shutters, gutters, composite panels, honeycomb panels, advertising signs, home appliances boards, and embossed aluminum coils.
PVDF Coating
PVDF coating primarily consists of a vinylidene fluoride homopolymer or a copolymer of vinylidene fluoride with other small amounts of fluorine-containing vinyl monomers. The chemical structure is stable and robust, and the physical properties of the fluorocarbon coating make PVDF coated aluminum coil superior in wear resistance, impact resistance, color retention, and UV resistance.
PE (Polyester) Coating
High molecular polymer as monomer with added alkyd creates a UV-resistant coating. It can be classified as matte or glossy based on coating finish. The compact molecular structure ensures a smooth, lustrous paint surface that provides excellent printing capabilities on panel surfaces. With a weather resistance warranty of 8-10 years, it is specially designed for interior decoration and sign boards.

Packing Details:
  • Normally, for color coated aluminum, 20MT can be loaded into a 20-foot container. We recommend using 20-foot containers as sea freight rates are significantly cheaper than 40-foot containers.
  • The packing is extremely durable with three layers: thick fiber, foam, and plastic, plus sufficient drying agent, making it suitable for long-distance sea transportation.
  • We use wooden pallets and steel pallets according to customer requirements.
  • Wooden boxes are used for external packing.
  • We include container fixing to prevent any damage during transportation.
  • 24 wooden boxes fit in one 20ft container.
