1100 aluminum coil is the most commercially pure alloy among all aluminum grades, containing 99% or greater aluminum content. The material is primarily formed through cold working processes, though it can also be hot worked. Common forming methods include spinning, stamping, and drawing, none of which require high heat application. Our products meet international quality standards and are exported worldwide.
Features and Applications
With over 99% aluminum content, 1100 aluminum coil offers soft characteristics with low strength, making it unsuitable for high-strength or high-pressure applications. Instead, it excels in chemical equipment, decorative trim, and heat exchangers. Key properties include superior corrosion resistance, excellent formability, high conductivity, and exceptional weldability, though it has limited machinability.
