Food grade aluminum foil container supplied with a snap-fit lid, in 450ml and 1000ml capacities and up to six intermediate sizes. The folded triple rim closes against the lid to form a leak proof, airtight seal, so sauce, soup and oil stay inside during delivery and stacking. Body and lid are both aluminum and 100% recyclable, meeting the single-use packaging rules now enforced in the EU and North America. Working range is -40°C to 220°C, so the same tray goes from freezer to oven without transfer.

Restaurant and cloud kitchen delivery, airline and rail catering, school and hospital meal service, bakery and pastry packing, BBQ and picnic takeaway, meal-prep and frozen ready meals, delicatessen and supermarket chilled counters. The tray is oven safe to 220°C, so caterers bake and deliver in the same container and skip a wash cycle; the leak proof rim keeps sauces contained during the last mile; and both body and lid go straight into the aluminium recycling stream after use.
Capacity and dimension built to your drawing (top out, top in, base, height), thickness matched to load and cost target, lid type selected from plastic, foil, paper or dome, custom logo printed or embossed on lid and body, colour options including gold, black and coated finishes, and secondary processing by punching, embossing and heat-seal film matching. Free cut samples and lid fit tests can be approved before a production run.
Technical support covers capacity selection, lid and film matching, heat-sealing parameters and load stacking advice. Every shipment ships with mill test certificate, food-contact compliance report (FDA, EU 10/2011, GB 4806.9), dimensional inspection report and certificate of origin; SGS, BV or Intertek inspection can be arranged before loading, and production, packing and container loading photos are sent at each stage. Containers are nested and sleeved, lids packed separately or pre-fitted, and cartons marked with capacity, quantity and lot number; 1000 pcs per carton is standard, wooden pallets and shrink film for LCL shipments.
