DC hot rolled — continuous cast rolled slab, better surface cleanliness and formability, first choice for deep drawn and bent parts
CC cold rolled — lower cost route, stable thickness and good flatness, first choice for insulation jacketing, ceiling and cladding runs
Both routes available in the same alloy and pattern, so you can cost-optimise by application instead of being locked into one process
Process route stated on the mill test certificate and packing list for your traceability file
4. Reflective & Anti-Glare Surface
Embossed texture breaks up specular reflection, cutting glare on ceiling, facade and light box surfaces
Stucco and orange peel patterns scatter light evenly, giving a matte decorative look without extra painting
