Anodized Aluminum Sheet Hairline Brushed Polished Finish Silver Champagne Gold

This anodized aluminum sheet is produced on sulfuric acid anodizing lines from 1050, 1060, 1100, 3003 and 5052 alloy, with an anodic film that is sealed and colour-stable. Buyers can specify surface pattern, colour and cut size in one order, so a single container can carry hairline panels for a facade, brushed sheets for nameplates and bright sheets for trim without splitting the purchase across suppliers.

Degreasing, etching, anodizing and hot sealing are run in line, giving a uniform film with stable colour and no bare edges after shearing. The oxide layer raises surface hardness and blocks moisture and salt, which is why anodized sheet is chosen over mill finish sheet for outdoor and coastal projects.

• Brushed: directional grain that hides fingerprints, common for signage and interior panels.
• Polished / mirror: high reflectivity for decorative and lighting parts.
• Matt: low gloss, non-reflective surface for wall cladding and screen backs.
• Sand blast: fine uniform texture for a matte decorative look.
• Embossed and satin: patterned or low-sheen finishes for panels that need to hide handling marks.

Standard anodized colours are silver (natural), champagne, gold, bronze and black, and custom dye shades can be matched to a sample or RAL reference. Colour is checked against a retained master panel under standard light, so repeat orders keep the same tone instead of drifting between batches.

Sheet width runs from 30 mm to 2650 mm and length is cut to order up to 6000 mm, so customers can take standard 1220 x 2440 mm sheets, 1500 mm wide coil-fed blanks, or pre-cut blanks sized to their press. Slitting, shearing and protective film application are done in house to keep cut edges clean and burr free in transit.

Curtain wall and facade panels, interior wall cladding, signage and nameplates, appliance and LED housings, chassis and electrical enclosures, transport interior trim and decorative panels. Anodized sheet is also used for cable tray covers and lift car panels where both appearance and corrosion resistance are required.

Spectrometer check on every incoming coil, thickness and width gauging on the line, film and colour verification on finished sheets, and flatness inspection before packing. ISO 9001 quality system, SGS and BV inspection reports and mill test certificates are supplied with each shipment.

Alloy, temper, thickness, width, length, surface pattern, colour and protective film can all be fixed per order. We cut to drawing, apply PE film on one or both faces, and supply a first article sample for approval before mass production. Mixed-finish or mixed-colour shipments are packed and labelled by specification so the receiving team can allocate panels without sorting.

Our technical team reviews your bending, punching and anodizing requirements before the first order, advises on temper and film selection, and provides colour samples on request. After delivery we support with forming and colour-matching questions, and repeat orders are produced against the retained master panel and original specification sheet.

Sheets are interleaved with paper or PE film, strapped onto standard seaworthy wooden pallets with edge protectors and wrapped with moisture barrier film. Sea freight, rail and express options are quoted per destination, and containers are loaded eye to sky with corner protection to prevent transit damage.
