Integral Vacuum Forming is a production method in which the structural door leaf is assembled and pressed first, followed by PVC film application over the completed leaf.

The process can be summarized as:

Panel Preparation → CNC Routing → Frame Assembly → Glue & Fill → Hot Pressing → Trimming → Dimensional Check → Edge Processing → Sanding → Adhesive Application → Vacuum Wrapping → Fine Trimming → Hardware Machining → QC

During the initial stage, the panel, structural frame, and specified internal filler are assembled according to the approved construction. The assembly is bonded and hot pressed for approximately 8–12 hours to create the door leaf blank.

After pressing, the blank is trimmed and checked against the required dimensions. Edge processing and sanding prepare the surface for the wrapping operation.

The next stage is adhesive application followed by drying. PVC film is then vacuum formed over the complete door leaf in one wrapping operation. The film is shaped around the available surfaces and edges according to the door profile and selected film specification.

After wrapping, excess material is trimmed and openings for locks and hinges are machined. The finished leaf is then cleaned and inspected before packaging.

The same production principle is supported by separate manufacturing sequences for the door frame and moulding components. Their processes include material preparation, bonding, hot pressing, machining, sanding, wrapping, and final inspection.

The Integral Vacuum Forming method is generally applicable to flat and lightly profiled PVC door designs. The final construction and process parameters should be confirmed against the specific door design, material specification, and production requirements.

Prior to packaging, the applicable door components undergo inspection based on the confirmed production requirements. The inspection may cover dimensional accuracy, surface appearance, color consistency, flatness, edge finishing, hardware preparation, and packaging condition.
