Our PVC doors using the Integral Vacuum Forming method are manufactured through a defined sequence covering the door leaf, door frame, and moulding components. Each stage is completed according to the confirmed product specification before the components move to the next production step.

Door Leaf Production

The door leaf process starts with material preparation and panel cutting, followed by frame assembly, CNC routing, and glue-and-fill operations. The assembled leaf blank is then hot pressed for approximately 8–12 hours, followed by trimming, dimensional re-checking, rough edge treatment, and sanding.

After surface preparation, adhesive is applied and dried before the PVC film wrapping stage. The wrapped door leaf then undergoes fine trimming and machining for lock and hinge preparation. Final cleaning and quality inspection are completed before packaging and storage or shipment.

Door Frame Production

Door frame components are prepared according to the approved dimensions. Multi-layer boards are bonded and hot pressed for approximately 8–12 hours. The frame is then trimmed, checked dimensionally, edge processed, grooved, milled, and sanded.

After adhesive application and drying, the frame receives PVC film wrapping, fine edge trimming, seal-strip installation, and hinge preparation. Cleaning and final inspection are completed before packing.

Moulding Production

Mouldings are produced through material preparation, adhesive application, and hot pressing, followed by trimming, edge profiling, sanding, adhesive application, and PVC surface wrapping. Finished mouldings are cleaned and inspected before packing.

Integral Vacuum Forming Method

The defining feature of this process is that the door leaf is assembled and pressed before the PVC film is applied. The panel, frame, and internal filler are first bonded into one leaf blank. After machining, dimensional checks, and sanding, adhesive is applied and the complete leaf is vacuum wrapped with PVC film in a single forming operation.

This production method is particularly suitable for flat and lightly profiled door designs where a continuous wrapped surface is required.

Before packaging, applicable door components are inspected against the confirmed production requirements. Inspection items may include dimensions, surface appearance, color consistency, flatness, edge finishing, hardware preparation, and packaging condition.
