Yunteng fully automatic single head CCD visual punching machine is automatic precision punching equipment compatible with both sheet and tail strip roll materials, specially developed for square hole processing of printed film, FPC flexible circuit and nameplate tail strips.
Integrated with automatic feeding, CCD visual positioning, servo punching and automatic receiving modules, the machine runs fully automatically without repeated manual feeding. It can stably process standard square holes and round holes, supporting both single sheet sample processing and continuous mass production of tail strips. Compact footprint makes it ideal for automation upgrading of small and medium-sized processing factories.
