The Feyond-L100 is a compact luminescence microplate reader designed for sensitive glow and flash luminescence assays. It supports 6- to 384-well microplates and uses a low-noise photomultiplier tube to detect weak light signals.
The Feyond-L100 Luminescence Microplate Reader is developed for laboratories performing sensitive chemiluminescence and bioluminescence assays.
A low-noise PMT detector provides high sensitivity across a wavelength range of 200-850 nm. The system supports both glow and flash measurements, with a linear dynamic range of up to seven logs for flash ATP assays. Its optical design limits well-to-well crosstalk to no more than 0.05%, helping improve data reliability in high-density plates.
The standard 470 and 560 nm filters help reduce background noise during luciferase reporter gene measurements. Other filter wavelengths can be configured according to specific assay requirements.
An optional single or dual automatic injector can dispense reagents directly into 96- or 384-well plates. The injector and detection module work together to capture rapid luminescence signals immediately after reagent addition, making the system suitable for flash-type reactions.
The 10-inch touchscreen and built-in software allow the instrument to operate independently without a computer. Users can create plate layouts, set measurement parameters, analyze data and save assay programs directly on the reader. PC software and FTP data transfer are also supported.
The instrument also provides microplate shaking and temperature-controlled incubation from room temperature plus 4°C to 45°C.
The Feyond-L100 is suitable for universities, research institutes, biotechnology companies and pharmaceutical research laboratories. Actual detection performance depends on the reagent system, microplate type, injector settings and assay conditions.
