Core Working Principle

The production includes two key steps: vacuum degassing and centrifugal forming. Centrifugal force generated by high-speed rotation pushes molten metal to fill every tiny pattern and corner of the mold quickly, evenly and fully. Combined with centrifugal pressure and vacuum negative pressure, the melt gets better fluidity to reproduce delicate details like keychain logos, 3D patterns and hollow structures. After cooling and solidification, dense zinc alloy craft pendants with sharp outlines are obtained.
