Advanced closed-loop control technology enables ultra-fine regulation of injection speed throughout the entire filling cycle, ensuring dense, porosity-free formation of critical sealing surfaces and internal flow channels without cold shut or void defects. The simplified electrical circuit design ensures stable and reliable control even in high-temperature production environments, and the control panel features a built-in fault display function that quickly indicates electrical system abnormalities, helping operators resolve issues efficiently and minimize downtime.
The hydraulic system operates on dual-proportional control architecture to realize fully programmable multi-stage injection and low-pressure mold clamping, which protects precision cartridge core pins and delicate sealing surface cavities from impact damage and extends tooling service life. All hydraulic seals are sourced from premium European or Japanese brands to ensure long-term reliable, leak-free operation.
