During operation, molten zinc alloy is poured into the sprue or mould inlet, and the mould rotates at high speed to generate strong centrifugal force. This force evenly distributes the molten metal into every area of the mould cavity, including thin walls, sharp corners, deep textures, and complex relief patterns.
The centrifugal casting process provides excellent mould filling performance, producing belt buckles with clear animal relief details, smooth surfaces, dense internal structures, reduced porosity and voids, and improved mechanical strength. It is especially suitable for decorative metal products requiring fine details and high-quality appearance.
