At its control core is a German PLC with a color screen HMI for accurate, real-time monitoring and control of injection speed, pressure and all critical process variables. The high-response servo motor with closed-loop feedback control ensures precise injection adjustment and consistent part quality for all types of door lock hardware, even during extended continuous production runs.
The dual-proportional hydraulic system supports fully programmable multi-stage injection and low-pressure mold clamping, and is equipped with high-quality European or Japanese oil seals selected for their excellent heat resistance and wear performance. The high-efficiency oil cooling system keeps hydraulic oil temperature within a tight, stable range, preventing performance degradation, accelerated seal wear and process drift caused by overheating — all critical factors for maintaining consistent cycle time and casting quality during continuous lock hardware production.
The clamping and mold height adjustment mechanism ensures uniform stress distribution and stable mold positioning, and the injection unit with high-flow valves and precision piston accumulator delivers steady, repeatable injection performance. The heavy-duty machine is engineered for a service life of 15 to 20 years under continuous production conditions. An optional mold sweeping robotic arm is available for fully automated production cells.
