The dual-proportional hydraulic system realizes flexible multi-stage injection and low-pressure protection mold clamping, which can be intelligently adjusted according to different mold characteristics to protect precision molds and ensure product molding accuracy. Adopting high-quality European and Japanese oil seals, the hydraulic system operates stably without leakage for a long time. The hydraulic die height adjustment system greatly shortens the mold replacement and debugging cycle, improving the production efficiency of multi-style badge orders. The built-in automatic pressure relief energy-saving system effectively reduces energy consumption and lowers comprehensive production costs.

The uniform-stress clamping and stable positioning device ensures accurate mold closing and stable molding of different specifications of badge molds. The injection system composed of high-flow valves and precision piston accumulators provides accurate and adaptable injection volume, perfectly matching various custom badge mold designs. The efficient oil cooling system ensures that the equipment maintains stable working performance during frequent production switching. An optional mold cleaning mechanical arm can be equipped to further upgrade production automation level.
