This 188-ton cold chamber die casting machine, paired with an optional dedicated mold sweeping robotic arm, forms a complete automated production solution for door lock hardware manufacturers looking to reduce labor costs, improve workplace safety and increase overall production efficiency. It is purpose-built for producing door lock panels, lock body frames, door handles and a full range of lock fittings at scale.
The machine is controlled by a German PLC system with an intuitive color screen, enabling precise monitoring and adjustment of injection speed, pressure and all process parameters. The servo-driven closed-loop control system, dual-proportional hydraulic architecture and high-flow valve injection unit work together to deliver stable, high-quality casting production for all lock hardware categories.
The clamping unit with integrated mold height adjustment ensures uniform stress distribution and accurate, repeatable mold positioning. The optional mold sweeping robotic arm automates mold cooling and surface cleaning between casting cycles, reducing manual operator intervention near the die area, improving workplace safety and increasing overall production throughput. The machine is built on a heavy-duty frame with an efficient oil cooling system for 15–20 years of reliable service.
