This machine is specially developed for producing Zamak commemorative emblems, badges, lapel pins, medals, souvenir coins, keychains, refrigerator magnets, decorative ornaments, garment accessories, and other precision zinc or lead alloy products. The machine is equipped with AC variable-frequency speed regulation, DC speed adjustment, and an electromagnetic braking system. It provides stepless speed control from 50–1400 rpm, with precise 10 rpm adjustment increments, allowing operators to optimize casting parameters for different mould sizes and product structures.
After molten metal is poured into the mould sprue, the mould rotates at high speed to generate powerful centrifugal force.
