The hydraulic system adopts dual-proportional control to support multi-stage injection and low-pressure mold clamping, protecting delicate gear core pins and precision mold cavities from collision damage. High-quality European and Japanese oil seals are adopted for long-term leak-free stable operation. The hydraulic die height adjustment system enables fast mold installation and replacement, saving labor and switching time for different seat recliner molds. An automatic pressure relief energy-saving system reduces idle power consumption during continuous operation.

The clamping and die height adjustment device guarantees uniform stress distribution and stable mold positioning. The injection unit fitted with high-flow valves and precision piston accumulators supplies consistent, repeatable injection force, adapting to various complex mold designs for automotive seat recliners.
