This 280-ton cold chamber die casting machine, paired with an optional dedicated mold sweeping robotic arm, forms a complete automated production solution for lamp heat sink manufacturers looking to reduce labor costs, improve workplace safety and increase overall production throughput. It is purpose-built for automated production of automotive headlight bases, motorcycle lamp housings, rear lamp bases and spotlight cooling bases.
The machine is controlled by a German PLC system with an intuitive color touch screen, enabling precise monitoring and adjustment of injection speed, pressure and all process parameters. The closed-loop control system, dual-proportional hydraulic architecture and high-flow valve injection unit work in tandem to deliver stable, high-quality casting production for all lamp heat sink categories.
The clamping unit with integrated die height adjustment ensures uniform stress distribution and accurate, repeatable mold positioning. The optional mold sweeping robotic arm automates mold cooling and surface cleaning between casting cycles, reducing manual operator intervention near the die area, improving workplace safety and increasing overall production throughput for lamp heat sink lines. The machine is built on a heavy-duty reinforced frame with an efficient oil cooling system for 15–20 years of reliable service.
