At the control core is a German PLC paired with a high-resolution color touch screen, which stores independent production recipes for each lamp heat sink model. Operators can recall saved parameters with one click when switching between headlight, taillight and spotlight production, minimizing setup time and avoiding process drift during changeovers. Closed-loop control technology ensures precise injection speed regulation for every product type, maintaining consistent casting quality across the entire product range.
The dual-proportional hydraulic system supports fully adjustable multi-stage injection and low-pressure mold clamping, fitted with high-quality European or Japanese oil seals for stable, long-lasting performance. The hydraulic die height adjustment system enables fast, convenient mold installation and height adjustment, drastically reducing changeover time when switching between different-sized lamp heat sink molds. This makes the machine highly suitable for factories that produce a mix of lamp cooling components in varying sizes and cavity layouts.
The clamping and die height adjustment mechanism ensures uniform stress distribution and stable mold positioning for molds of all dimensions, while the injection unit with high-flow valves and precision piston accumulator delivers reliable performance for both large headlight base molds and small spotlight base tooling. The heavy-duty rigid frame and efficient oil cooling system guarantee stable operation and a 15–20 year service life. An optional mold sweeping robotic arm can be added to support automated multi-product production cells.
