Centrifugal Casting Working Principle

The working principle is simple but highly effective. After molten Zamak alloy is poured into the sprue or mould inlet, the mould rotates at high speed to generate centrifugal force. This force pushes the molten metal evenly and strongly into all areas of the mould cavity, including thin walls, narrow sections, sharp corners, and detailed decorative patterns.

Through centrifugal casting technology, the machine improves metal flow, ensuring excellent mould filling capability. The final castings feature a dense internal structure, smooth surface, clear contours, fine detail reproduction, reduced porosity and voids, and improved mechanical properties.
