The dual-proportional hydraulic system realizes programmable multi-stage high-density injection and low-pressure anti-collision mold clamping, which improves the internal compactness of door handle products and avoids internal porosity and loose structures. The whole machine is equipped with high-quality European and Japanese oil seals to ensure stable and leak-free hydraulic operation for a long time. The hydraulic die height adjustment system realizes fast mold replacement and parameter debugging, greatly shortening the switching cycle of different car door handle models and improving overall mass production efficiency. The automatic pressure relief energy-saving system intelligently reduces idle energy consumption, realizing high-efficiency and energy-saving batch production.
The precision clamping and die height adjustment device ensures uniform mold stress and stable positioning, avoiding batch quality deviation caused by mold displacement and pressure fluctuation. The injection system composed of high-flow valves and precision piston accumulators provides stable and powerful injection force, adapting to multi-cavity mold production of various car inner door handles.
