Configured for high-volume, multi-cavity production of small door lock hardware fittings such as lock tongues, latches, strike plates, connectors, pivot pins, mounting brackets and lock cylinder components, this 138T cold chamber die casting machine combines high productivity with exceptional part-to-part consistency for lock component manufacturers.
At the control core is a German PLC with color touch screen HMI that allows precise setting, real-time monitoring and recipe storage of injection speed and pressure parameters. The servo-driven closed-loop control system significantly shortens overall cycle time while maintaining tight dimensional consistency, making it perfectly suited for multi-cavity mold production of small lock fittings where high output and low per-piece cost are the top priorities.
The dual-proportional hydraulic system delivers smooth multi-stage injection and controlled low-pressure mold clamping, and is fitted with premium European or Japanese oil seals for dependable, low-maintenance operation during long continuous production runs. This reliability directly translates to fewer unplanned stoppages and higher overall equipment effectiveness for bulk lock fitting orders.
The clamping unit with precision mold height adjustment guarantees uniform clamping stress across the mold platen and stable mold alignment, which is critical for achieving consistent flash control and dimensional uniformity across all cavities in multi-cavity tooling. The injection system, featuring high-flow hydraulic valves and a precision piston accumulator, delivers accurate, repeatable injection performance and works seamlessly with various small-part mold designs including hot runner, cold runner and stack mold configurations.
With its rugged, stress-relieved machine body and efficient oil cooling system, the machine is built for a service life of 15 to 20 years and supports uninterrupted multi-shift production. An optional mold sweeping robotic arm is available for customers seeking to further automate their production cells and reduce manual labor.
