Focusing on high-quality defect-free surface forming for post-processed clutch release forks, this 280T cold chamber die casting machine is optimized for products requiring subsequent shot blasting, anodizing and precise grinding. Automotive clutch forks require flawless casting surfaces to ensure uniform post-treatment effect and stable assembly performance; surface pinholes, flow lines and burrs will lead to defective post-processing and increased rejection rate. This equipment achieves ultra-smooth defect-free forming of fork bodies, greatly reducing post-processing workload and improving finished product qualification rate.
The machine adopts an upgraded high-rigidity vibration-damping frame structure, which effectively suppresses molten aluminum turbulence and mold vibration during injection, avoiding surface flow lines, ripples and air hole defects on fork bodies. It ensures flat and smooth overall surfaces of release forks, with clean transition lines of fork arms, reinforcing ribs and mounting bosses, providing high-quality blank parts for subsequent surface treatment and precision grinding processes.
Equipped with German PLC closed-loop precise flow control technology, the machine realizes graded stable filling according to the complex curved surface characteristics of clutch forks. Slow-speed gas exhaust eliminates surface gas marks, and constant-pressure forming ensures uniform surface texture without uneven thickness. Intelligent parameter control ensures consistent surface quality of each batch of forks, completely avoiding batch surface quality fluctuation.
The dual-proportional hydraulic system realizes stable constant-pressure injection and soft mold clamping, effectively eliminating flash and burrs at mold parting lines of complex fork structures. Premium imported hydraulic oil seals ensure long-term stable pressure output, avoiding surface quality degradation caused by hydraulic pressure fluctuation. The flexible hydraulic die adjustment system supports rapid debugging of high-precision fork molds, improving production efficiency of high-surface-quality parts.
The precise clamping and positioning mechanism ensures tight mold fitting and uniform stress, eliminating parting line burrs and local surface defects. The balanced high-flow injection system provides stable molten aluminum flow, adapting to complex curved surface and rib structure forming of release forks. The constant-temperature oil cooling system stabilizes equipment operation in long-term production, ensuring sustained defect-free surface forming effect. The optional automatic mold cleaning arm keeps mold cavities clean, further stabilizing product surface quality.
