This 88-ton hot chamber die casting machine, paired with an optional dedicated mold sweeping robotic arm, forms a complete automated production solution for belt buckle manufacturers looking to reduce labor costs, improve workplace safety and increase overall production throughput. It is purpose-built for automated mass production of all types of zinc alloy belt buckles including pin buckles, plate buckles and side release fasteners.
The machine adopts a newly reinforced frame structure with high-strength tie bars, enlarged steel pins and thickened machine platens, delivering excellent overall rigidity and stable load-bearing performance for long-term automated operation. This robust structural design provides strong impact resistance and load stability during high-pressure casting, ensuring consistent part quality shift after shift in automated production cells. The machine is engineered for a service life of 15 to 20 years under continuous automated production conditions.
It is controlled by a premium German PLC system with a full-color human-machine interface touch screen, enabling precise monitoring and adjustment of injection speed, pressure and all process parameters. Closed-loop control technology ensures accurate, repeatable injection speed regulation for consistent buckle quality, and the built-in fault display function quickly indicates system abnormalities to maintain uninterrupted automated operation. The dual-proportional hydraulic system delivers programmable multi-stage injection and low-pressure mold clamping, fitted with high-quality European or Japanese oil seals for reliable, leak-free performance with minimal maintenance.
The clamping unit with integrated hydraulic die height adjustment ensures uniform stress distribution and accurate, repeatable mold positioning. The optional mold sweeping robotic arm automates mold cooling and surface cleaning between casting cycles, reducing manual operator intervention near the die area, improving workplace safety and increasing overall production throughput for belt buckle lines. The injection unit with high-flow valves and a precision piston accumulator delivers steady, repeatable injection performance, and the high-efficiency oil cooling system maintains stable hydraulic temperature for consistent automated production.
