Optimized slow exhaust followed by high-speed uniform filling completely eliminates cold shuts and blockages inside narrow cooling channels, ensuring unobstructed coolant flow. The one-click parameter storage function enables rapid switching between different liquid-cooled housing specifications, while maintaining consistent forming quality. The dual-proportional hydraulic system delivers smooth, responsive multi-stage injection and gentle low-pressure mold clamping, protecting fragile cooling channel core inserts from bending or breaking while ensuring complete filling of complex flow structures. Premium European and Japanese hydraulic oil seals ensure long-term leak-free operation with stable pressure output, maintaining consistent injection performance for precision liquid-cooled parts. The efficient hydraulic die height adjustment system shortens debugging and replacement cycles for different liquid-cooled OBC enclosure molds, improving flexible production efficiency. The automatic pressure relief energy-saving system intelligently reduces energy consumption during operation.

The precision uniform-stress clamping mechanism ensures balanced mold force and stable core positioning, avoiding uneven wall thickness and flow channel deformation. The high-flow valve and precision piston accumulator injection system provides steady, powerful injection force that fully fills intricate internal cooling channels without defects.
