Our high-rigidity platens and precision guide mechanisms ensure uniform clamping force distribution, effectively preventing flash and deformation—reducing CNC finishing allowance and shortening production cycles.

Precision Guide Mechanism: Featuring high-precision guide pins and wear-resistant copper sleeves to ensure perfect parallelism and alignment between moving and fixed platens throughout the entire cycle. This is critical for the mounting faces and mirror-base mating surfaces of mirror housings, significantly reducing CNC finishing allowance and straightening time.
Color Touchscreen HMI: Features a large color touchscreen with an intuitive, user-friendly interface. All process parameters—clamping force, injection speed/pressure, intensification pressure, switching positions, holding time, cooling time—can be centrally set and monitored in real time.
