The machine is built with a fully reinforced rigid frame, matched with high-strength fatigue-resistant tie bars, thickened load-bearing platens and enlarged fixed steel pins, which greatly improves overall structural rigidity and ultimate load-bearing capacity. The optimized mechanical structure has strong impact resistance and anti-deformation ability, which can maintain stable load performance under long-term high-pressure and high-frequency casting conditions, effectively delaying mechanical fatigue and failure. It is professionally used for heavy-duty continuous production of zinc alloy badges, with a reliable service life of 15–20 years.
The core is equipped with a German PLC intelligent control system and high-definition color touch screen. The simplified and optimized electrical circuit structure is highly adaptable to high-temperature and long-time continuous operating environments, with extremely low failure rate. Operators can accurately monitor and adjust injection speed and pressure in real time through the touch screen. The unique closed-loop speed regulation technology ensures stable injection parameters throughout the production cycle, maintaining consistent dimensional accuracy and surface quality of badges in day and night shift production. The fault display function can quickly alarm and locate problems, minimizing production stop time.
The hydraulic system adopts mature dual-proportional control to realize multi-stage variable-speed injection and low-pressure buffer mold clamping, reducing mold wear and impact loss during high-frequency production. All hydraulic oil seals are imported from Europe and Japan, with excellent wear resistance and aging resistance, adapting to 24-hour continuous hydraulic operation. The hydraulic die height adjustment system realizes fast mold switching and parameter debugging, improving the overall operating efficiency of the production line. The automatic pressure relief energy-saving system intelligently reduces invalid power consumption, realizing energy-saving and high-efficiency continuous production.
The clamping and positioning device ensures uniform stress distribution and super stable mold positioning, avoiding product quality fluctuations caused by mold displacement. The high-flow valve and precision piston accumulator injection device provides stable and lasting injection power, compatible with various conventional and complex badge molds. The independent oil cooling system continuously dissipates heat for the hydraulic system to avoid performance degradation caused by overheating. Users can optionally install a mold cleaning mechanical arm to realize semi-automatic cycle production.
