For Door Handles: High Density & Wear-Resistant Surfaces
High-Intensification Clamping to Eliminate Porosity: Door handles are typically thick-structured. Internal shrinkage can cause "blistering" or "pitting" during electroplating. Our machine features a high-rigidity platen and a powerful intensification system that maintains pressure during solidification, effectively compacting the material. This eliminates internal defects at the source, ensuring a mirror-like, long-lasting electroplated finish.
Multi-Stage Injection to Eliminate Cold Shuts: Due to the elongated shape of handles with long flow distances, our PLC-controlled multi-stage injection precisely regulates filling speed. This prevents molten aluminum from prematurely solidifying at the far end of the cavity, eliminating cold shut lines and maximizing first-pass yield rates.

High-Response Injection for Thin-Wall Filling: Smart lock faceplates often feature thin walls with complex internal screw posts and touchpad mounting slots.
