This professional hot chamber die casting equipment achieves pore-free and line-free high-quality forming exclusively for zinc alloy smart lock decorative parts.
Different from cold chamber die casting equipment, the integrated hot chamber structure of this machine realizes in-situ molten zinc heating and injection, avoiding secondary temperature drop and oxidation of zinc alloy liquid. This unique working principle greatly reduces oxide inclusions and surface particle defects on lock panel surfaces, laying a solid foundation for high-standard post-surface treatment. The upgraded anti-vibration machine frame suppresses micro-jitter during high-speed injection, ensuring uniform and delicate surface texture on large-area flat lock panels and curved frame edges.
Adopting refined graded injection technology, the machine first performs low-speed exhaust filling to discharge internal gas of the mold cavity, then conducts high-speed dense forming and constant-pressure holding. This process completely eliminates hidden pinholes under the surface of zinc alloy lock panels and effectively smooths molten metal flow lines. The intelligent temperature control system precisely adjusts molten zinc temperature in real time according to product specifications, ensuring consistent surface smoothness of each batch of lock faceplates and avoiding batch color difference after electroplating.
The optimized low-impact mold clamping system protects precise mold cavity surfaces from collision damage, maintaining fine mold texture reproduction. The equipment supports continuous stable production of high-finish zinc alloy lock panels, with finished blanks requiring only simple polishing before surface treatment, significantly improving production yield and reducing post-processing costs.
