Closed-loop control technology ensures ultra-precise injection speed regulation, delivering exceptional shot-to-shot consistency and uniform part quality across large production runs.
The dual-proportional hydraulic system delivers smooth multi-stage injection and controlled low-pressure mold clamping, and is fitted exclusively with premium European or Japanese oil seals to ensure long-term, reliable performance with minimal failure risk. The clamping and die height adjustment unit ensures even stress distribution and highly accurate mold positioning, while the injection system with high-flow valves and precision piston accumulator maintains consistent shot volume and velocity for stable, repeatable casting quality.
Constructed with a heavy-duty reinforced frame and cooled by a high-efficiency oil cooling system, the machine maintains stable process performance over a 15–20 year service life, even under continuous three-shift production for OEM orders. An optional mold sweeping robotic arm is available to support automated production lines.
