This semi-automatic centrifugal casting machine is professional processing equipment specially developed for the mass production of zinc alloy gourd-shaped decorative buttons. Stable Semi-Automatic Control & Constant Temperature Casting
Equipped with an independent constant temperature melting system and adjustable centrifugal rotating mechanism, the machine allows operators to set melting temperature and rotating speed according to different specifications of gourd buttons. The semi-automatic operation mode effectively reduces errors caused by manual operation, avoids common defects such as insufficient filling, surface pits and pattern distortion, greatly improving the molding consistency and finished product yield of gourd-shaped button blanks.
High Precision Shaping for Gourd-Style Buttons
Gourd-shaped decorative buttons feature special curved outlines, fine embossed decorative patterns and symmetrical structural designs. Under stable and uniform centrifugal force, molten zinc alloy can fully fill the inner cavity of the silicone mold, accurately restoring the smooth contour, delicate textures and symmetrical details of gourd buttons. The cast blanks have flat surfaces, neat edges and uniform thickness, which greatly cuts down the workload of subsequent polishing, trimming and electroplating procedures.
