It is equipped with a German PLC system and full-color screen HMI, offering full digital management of injection speed, injection pressure, clamping force and cycle parameters with real-time data logging and production recipe storage. The high-response servo motor paired with advanced closed-loop control technology enables ultra-precise adjustment of injection speed at every stage of the fill cycle, ensuring uniform internal density, consistent dimensional accuracy and stable overall quality for door lock panels, frames, handles and small fittings alike.
The dual-proportional hydraulic system supports fully flexible multi-stage injection and low-pressure mold clamping, and is fitted with premium European or Japanese oil seals for sustained precision and long-term reliability. The clamping and mold height adjustment unit ensures even stress distribution and highly accurate mold positioning, while the injection system with high-flow valves and precision piston accumulator delivers highly repeatable injection performance for a wide range of lock hardware mold designs.
Built with a heavy-duty, precision-machined frame and an efficient oil cooling system, the machine maintains stable performance and tight process tolerance over its 15–20 year service life. A mold sweeping robotic arm can be added as an option for automated production upgrade.
