The Full Automatic Vacuum Centrifugal Casting Machine is specially designed for producing garment metal buttons and small decorative alloy accessories. It combines vacuum technology with centrifugal casting to ensure high-density, bubble-free, and precisely detailed castings. The machine offers fully automatic operation, stable performance, and high efficiency, making it ideal for garment accessory and metal button manufacturers.
The machine melts metal alloy (such as zinc alloy) in a temperature-controlled crucible until fully molten. A vacuum system removes air from the mold cavity to reduce porosity and improve casting quality. Then, the centrifugal system rotates at high speed, forcing the molten metal into every fine detail of the garment button mold. After cooling and solidification, high-precision buttons with smooth surfaces and clear patterns are obtained.
